TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The customer will be responsible for proper packaging of the part. Fillerup will not be held responsible for parts damaged in shipping.
2. The ownership of the part will remain with the customer even while the part is in-house at Fillerup or its agents.
3. Components replaced on the part by Fillerup and/or its agents will carry a 90-day parts warranty.
4. By sending Fillerup a part to be repaired, customer is accepting the cost of the repair quoted when the RMA was accepted, no further communication for cost authorization will be communicated.
This is a repair service. You must send in your faulty 8000R EPP first. We will then send it to Hyosung, they will replace the battery and load software, and we will send it back to you. PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN ANY BRACKETS, SCREWS, CABLES, OR SPACERS - SEND 8000R EPP ONLY.
PLEASE NOTE - due to the nature of this service, there is approximately a 21 business day lead time involved. We can not expedite this service.
