Manufacturer’s Warranty
FillerUpATM honors the manufacturer’s warranty for all products purchased. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents. Additionally, any loss or damage occurring during transit is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Damaged Items
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery to ensure they are accounted for and in proper condition.
If items are damaged or missing, contact us immediately.
Partial orders may be accepted if only part of the shipment is damaged.
For damaged ATMs, do not refuse the shipment; contact us promptly.
To process claims for damaged items, please:
Retain all packaging and documents associated with the order.
Take clear pictures of the damages.
Email the pictures along with your invoice number and a detailed explanation to [Insert Email Address].
We will assist in filing claims with carriers or manufacturers.
Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging to be eligible for a return.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
A restocking fee and shipping/handling charges apply to all returns.
ATMs are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged (as outlined above).
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items with the same product. To initiate an exchange:

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within a designated timeframe.
Canceled Orders
Orders can only be canceled by contacting us via phone or email. Cancellations may incur a restocking fee and shipping/handling charges.
